Be INTENTIONAL while smudging!
Smoke sends prayers into the universe and can be programmed with thoughts.
Always remember your thoughts are your wand.
It isn’t enough when cleansing or creating a sacred space to just waft nice smelling smoke around, you need to also focus your thoughts and intentions.
Every morning when I am clearing my healing room for the day of 1:1 clients I will intend many things while smudging.
When I am running low on time a simple yet potent “Cleanse, Clear and Make Sacred” stated three times does the trick!
