Within all of us resides a well spring of Love. A place where our Inner Lover Resides. Over the journey of our lives we may fall under a spell of amnesia and forget our connection to this sacred place. Due to life events or becoming lost along the way we may feel disconnected from our most abundant source of nurturing and encouragement. We may have spent a lifetime constantly seeking and searching for this love in all the (wrong) places. We can become disillusioned and stuck, falsely believing we must settle for or surrender to our current fate.

We have all been imprinted with hundreds of different Love Stories. The ones we have inherited, the ones we have watched, the ones we have read and the ones we have dreamed for ourselves. Some of these stories inspire us, others significantly limit us. Would you love to upgrade the current love story you have for your life? Would you love to fall more deeply in love with you?

With Sara Brooke as your guide, Cherished is a 40 day long Soul Medicine Journey to Devote to the Inner Lover.

Over six weeks you will be provided with daily practices, customised rituals, guided meditations and weekly circles to support yourself to go on a nurturing journey to fall more deeply in love with yourself and your life.

This Group will be limited to 18 participants and supported by two Temple Keepers alongside Sara so the group is held in an intimate “nest” container. 

What is an Alchemical Ceremonial Container?

This program is an alchemical ceremonial experience that requires your participation and active engagement.

This is a transformational program NOT an online course where you can just download the content whenever you like (or just never engage at all!). People who participate in this work that are used to online courses full of pre-recorded classes are often surprised at how different this is. Of how held they feel, of how much synchronicity in their life occurs. Of how deeply they feel the ripples and shifts. This is because this is a living and breathing true Ceremonial body of work that is spirited in nature.

Your Presence is Required.

 Obviously life, timezones, (and technology!) happens sometimes where you may have to miss a session for some reason, however the invitation and recommendation is that you make most sessions live or you watch the replays within 72 hours after so you can be witnessed and experience the opportunity for growth as it is being offered. Each time this program is run it is completely different as Sara will intuitively design the weekly classes specifically around the group that comes together.

Throughout the 40 days there will be an amplification of expanded consciousness in your life where you will be supported to look within and uncover what is ready to be shifted out of your unconscious as you are supported by the plant spirit medicine of Rose and The Devas of the Program.  Some people experience this subtly, others quite profoundly. The best thing is to approach it all with no expectation as you will receive what you need and what you are ready for.

This is not a passive spiritual bypassing experience of just sitting back and letting the spirits work on you and hope for the best. To see results and truly embody the teachings you will need to take action on what your inner wisdom and soul is guiding you to do. The more you participate, the more you will receive.

Will you accept payment plans? 

Yes. You can pay over weekly instalments over the 6 weeks or in other aligned instalments and timing. If you would like a payment plan please Contact Sara  directly and the payments will be set up on an automated system where you get to choose the day of the week they come out and save your card on file. There will be a small fee of $25 to cover the extra fees and charges from the automated system. If you need an alternative or longer payment plan please discuss with Sara as other options are available.

Please note if you don’t honour the agreed plan and Sara or her team have to chase you for missed instalments you will be charged an extra $25 admin fee per each missed payment.

Life happens so if there is any ever issue or concern with making a payment it will be your responsibility to communicate this to Sara and an alternative arrangement or commitment can be made.

If you are committing to a payment plan you are committing to pay in full. There is no refunds or withdrawal mid-program due to change of mind or life circumstances.

I can’t make some of the dates of the ceremonies and circles, do I have to do them live? 

Ceremonies are always best experienced live as the transmission is always more potent. Circle is optional, yet highly recommended to attend as this will be the space to be witnessed and ask questions about your personal process along the way. To get the best results from this work committing to everything fully by showing up is highly recommended. However life happens sometimes – so these ceremonies + circle sessions will be recorded. They will be available for re-watch while the container is open and its recommended if you miss a session to try and watch it within 48 hours.

Do I have to be an energy healer, reiki attuned, have been to ceremonies or an experienced meditator in order to participate?

No. This journey is welcome to all, and all levels of experience. The journey is designed that you can meet it where you are at. Beginners to energy work and ceremony are more than welcome. I will be teaching how to do simple energy work on yourself through the guided sessions, meditations and rituals. All that is required is an open curiosity and willingness to give everything a go. For those that already work with their energy and have a meditation practice this is an opportunity to allow this space to enhance and deepen your existing experience.

Will I have access to the materials after the container has closed? 

All the meditations + rituals you will have access to for forever. The Ceremonial Recordings will be deleted once the container is closed and the Weekly Circle Recordings will be available until early Feb 2024.

I did the Lover Journey back in 2022 is this the same? 

Cherished is based on the foundations of the Lover journey and is similar to that 40 day container. However the journey has evolved and finessed based on the experiences of the inaugural groups. Will will be doing some of the same meditations and practices from that program and there will also be new meditations and practices and focuses.

I am based interstate/overseas can I participate in Cherished? 

Yes all journeys + support will be shared and facilitated online. However if you live overseas or interstate from Melbourne please just ensure you book ASAP so I can get your Cherished Pack posted to you. There will be an extra $25 international shipping fee for anyone needing their pack posted overseas.

I am pregnant, is it safe for me to partake in the Ceremonies?

Yes, this container is perfectly safe for pregnant women to participate in.

How much time should I be allowing for the program? What is suggested to get the best out of the work?

Each week there will either be a Live Ceremony (2.5 to 3 hours) or Circle (1.5 hours). It is highly recommended you attend these live and if you can’t recordings will be provided. You will want to watch these in order as each will build into the next. In addition to that there will be a weekly class from Sara or a Guest Teacher (approx an hour each session) and then there is a number of optional daily and weekly rituals you can participate in your own time. You will get to choose what practices you resonate with and want to explore.

Allow Allow at least 10 – 20 minutes a day to get results. This is an opportunity to really explore and create a daily sacred practice that works for you. If you have more time and space you can spend more time with the different processes. With the audios and embodiment practices shared there will be a selection of options to suit a variety of lifestyles and living situations.

As with anything how much energy you invest is what you will get back and it’s always more powerful doing the processes as the container is open.

I am in a committed romantic partnership will I still get benefit from this journey? 

Yes. The focus of this work will be on the Inner Lover and raising the Love Frequency in ALL areas of your life. Your intimate partnerships will be blessed (or clarified!!). In fact all relationships in your life will go through an upgrade during and after participating. First and foremost the relationship you have with yourself.

I am single and wanting to call in a lover is this the right fit for me? 

Yes. While I can’t guarantee it will happen during the container (as – Divine Timing!) but the devotional work we will be doing will shift your frequency allowing you to be more open and magnetic to Love. Not just Romantic Love, but all expressions of Love.

I am a facilitator and practitioner can I share these Cherished processes with my clients once we are done?

If you are interested in teaching this program or sharing any of its rituals or themes to your communities after participating please contact Sara to discuss further. This program is for personal exploration and participation, it is not a training program for facilitators.

Do I get 1:1 support from Sara during this?

You are invited to book in a 1:1 session during the program or after if you need extra support or want to go deeper. The support Sara is offering in this journey is the weekly sessions, practices and guided audios. There will be a chance in the live calls and facebook group to ask questions + receive feedback.

What should I be aware of as I move through this Alchemical Program?

It is to be expected that during the 40 days you may have emotional releases, ah-ha moments, insights, revelations and changes in your life being initiated. Some of this will be beautiful, some of this may be confronting and challenging.

Working with practices and supportive energies in this container will support you to let go of the resistance that is blocking you from Love. Sometimes when people are releasing old blocks, limitations, belief systems and old programs they may have reactions. Energy levels may fluctuate, you may need more sleep than usual, you may have temporary discomfort and feelings that surface.

You may even become triggered by other participants, the temple keepers and even the facilitator Sara. You may age regress (feel like a child) at times. You may then project your issues onto others. This is all good and to be expected so the invitation is to stay in mindfulness to what surfaces for you throughout.

Being MINDFUL and aware of your triggers and this will support your personal growth process. This is often a normal part of the transformational process.

Take care of yourself and the invitation will always be to bring what you are struggling with to Sara and the Temple Keepers.

What happens if I need extra support during the container?

It is recommended that in addition to participating in this program that you also have your own trusted therapists and practitioners you can call on and are willing to see for sessions for extra support. All information, processes, meditations and classes in this program are intended to support and assist you, however it is not intended nor does not in anyway substitute professional or medical advice.

You will be given the mobile numbers of Sara and the Temple Keepers to call on incase of emergency at any point and Sara has a list of amazing practitioners and therapists she will happily refer you onto if you need extra support.  While we aim to create a safe zone for your experience and will take all reasonable precautions, you acknowledge that your own accountability and personal responsibility are also required.

If you have health issues, emotional or mental issues, you should always seek expert medical advice and treatment along with energetic and mental healing work. This program is not a substitute for medical care, one on one counselling or therapy.

The information/rituals which I use in my ceremonies, workshops and treatments have been gifted to me directly by Spirit, My Ancestral Lineage and the trusted White Dragon Lineage, and in so doing, they have taught us how to work simultaneously within the Inner and Outer Planes by creating Sacred Space. Even though the information given to us is to be shared for the benefit of us all, we recommend that you honour and respect Spirit by not using this information without permission and the appropriate training for your safety and the safety of others.
