A Year in Your Soul Garden is an invitation to dedicate a year to yourself, with consistent, personalised support to nourish your relationship with your Soul, cultivate your growth and explore what becomes possible when you make space for yourself throughout the seasons of life.

Together, we'll tend to whatever is emerging, with space for healing, transformation, creative expression and the cultivation of new possibilities.

You'll receive a personalised annual reading, four or eight Soul Gardening sessions, opening and closing ceremonies, a ritual pack and supportive energetics practices. All held within a year-long commitment, with the option of monthly payments to make ongoing support more accessible.

Why a Year of Soul Gardening?

Over the past year, I've had the joy of working with a beautiful group of people through A Year in Your Soul Garden, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of consistent energetics and inner work, and what can unfold when we make a commitment to ourselves and have skilled support woven throughout our lives.

One of the things I've loved most is the momentum that builds through our work together. Each session becomes another thread in a supportive tapestry, building upon previous shifts and discoveries, deepening your self-trust and empowering you to make conscious choices about the life you want to create.

Through this ongoing work, I've witnessed clients make significant life changes, take courageous steps forward and bring new dreams and creations into form. I've seen people move through profound identity shifts, release lifelong patterns and habits, reclaim their power and become more attuned to their own Heart, authentic Soul and sovereign spirit.

As new possibilities and opportunities emerge, our work also supports them to expand their capacity to receive, embrace and hold what they're creating.

I've also supported people through enormous transitions, grief, uncertainty and endings, helping them integrate their experiences and feel more resourced to meet whatever life is bringing.

With regular sessions, the work can move beyond crisis intervention and intensive healing into generative expansion, cultivation and nourishment. As this rhythm settles in, sessions can become fun, creative, empowering and joyful, offering a space for exploration and growth rather than repair.

We begin the year together in ceremony, creating space to connect with yourself, explore your intentions and begin cultivating what you wish to nurture and grow throughout 2027.

Through energetics, inner journeying, visioning, soul constellations and more, we'll create a foundation for the year ahead. How This Works

We begin the year together in ceremony, creating a foundation for the months ahead.

Your personalised Annual Soul Transmission Reading follows in January or February and is delivered as a beautiful PDF handbook, along with an accompanying audio transmission you can return to throughout the year for clarity, encouragement and energetic support.

You pre-book your personal Soul Gardening sessions for the year ahead, with the flexibility to reschedule as life unfolds. Sessions can be held in person, on Zoom or as remote transmissions (you choose).

Every session meets you based on your intention. It may include a mix of Energetics, Soul Constellations®, Mentoring, Guidance, Healing, Clearing, Womb + Heart Weaving, Experiential Focusing Therapy, Sound Healing, Ritual, Inner Journeying, embodiment work, belief system upgrades or activation work, depending on what would be most aligned.

Working together regularly allows us to pick up the threads from previous sessions, deepen the work and respond to whatever is emerging in your life. You'll also receive Soul Gardening Energetics Transmissions to shift your own energy in between sessions.

As the year draws to a close, we'll gather in ceremony once more to acknowledge and celebrate what you've cultivated.

There is something incredibly supportive about having your sessions pre-booked for the entire year. It sends a powerful message to your being, your Soul and The Field around you that you are holding yourself in respect, devotion, love and reverence.
