Her meditations have reached hundreds of thousands of listens through platforms including Insight Timer, with people returning to favourite recordings for years, sometimes even every night.
Sara brings extensive experience in writing and shaping guided audio, and in guiding people into deep inner experiences. She understands how words impact, how language and pacing can support and engage a listener, and how voice can carry intention, feeling and energy.
She also helps people move beyond how they think they should sound and bring more of their natural, confident and Authentic Voice into their recordings.
With a background in marketing and multimedia alongside her years as a facilitator, she also understands the bigger picture of how your audio sits within your programs, offerings and business.
Myke brings...
Over two decades of experience working with sound, music, voice and audio production.
A musician, producer and audio engineer, Myke's career has spanned radio, podcasting, audio technology and music production, alongside teaching sound and production at university.
Having spent years both behind the microphone and behind the desk, he brings a musician's ear, creative instinct and serious technical expertise to every project.
But Myke doesn't just make your audio sound better. He has an incredible ability to hear what a piece could become, often bringing creative and technical ideas to the project that you may never have considered.
Depending on the vision, he can take a recording far beyond traditional audio production, incorporating bespoke music and sound design, professionally produced binaural audio, frequency-based composition and immersive spatial production including Dolby Atmos.
Your audio can become something far more immersive, innovative and unexpected, expanding what might be possible for the person listening.

Creative Direction, Voice Prep + Pre-Production
The work begins before you step into the studio.
Before your Studio Day, you'll work with Sara to clarify the intention behind your audio and shape the experience you want to create for your listener.
You'll receive feedback on your script and creative direction around the piece, alongside support with your voice and delivery so you can arrive feeling clear, confident and ready to record.
This isn't about giving you a polished "meditation voice" or making you sound like somebody else. It's about bringing more of your Authentic Voice into the recording.
By the time Studio Day arrives, the creative groundwork has been done.
You can relax, step behind the microphone and bring your work to life.
Your Studio Day...
This is where everything comes together.
You'll join Sara and Myke for your dedicated Studio Day in Melbourne.
Depending on your project, this may be at Myke's private studio overlooking a beautiful canopy of trees, or at a city-based studio with advanced recording and immersive audio capabilities.
Sara will produce and guide the session, while Myke takes care of the recording and engineering, making sure every detail is beautifully captured.
There's space to settle in, experiment, have another go and find the delivery that feels right. We'll keep the tea flowing, with a little honey on hand for your voice.
Your job is simply to focus on your work and the people you're creating it for.
You Leave. We Keep Going
Once your Studio Day is complete, Myke takes your recording into post-production, professionally editing, mixing and mastering your work and bringing all the elements together.
Depending on your project, this may also include music integration, bespoke music or custom sound design.
This is where everything we've created together becomes the finished piece: an audio experience you're proud to place at the heart of your program, offer or body of work.
And the best part?
You leave the studio, get back in your lane and do what you're wonderful at.
