Bookings and intake forms are managed through Acuity Scheduling. Client records and notes may be stored using Google Workspace and Google Drive.

Other third-party services used in operating the business include Mailchimp, Square, Stripe, PayPal, Dropbox, Zoom, Heartbeat, Shopify and Vimeo.

These services have their own privacy and security practices and may process or store information required to provide their services.

Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. Sara Brooke t/a The Space In Between does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card details.

Personalised Session Recordings

Where a personalised remote-session recording is created, a working copy may be temporarily stored using Dropbox for delivery to the client.

This working copy is deleted from Dropbox after approximately 48 hours. Clients wishing to keep their recording are responsible for downloading and securely storing their own copy.

Overseas Processing

Some third-party services used by Sara Brooke t/a The Space In Between operate internationally and may process or store personal information outside Australia.

Where applicable, personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy requirements relating to overseas disclosure.

Mailing List

The mailing list is managed through Mailchimp.

If you choose to subscribe, your contact information is used to send occasional emails about events, offerings, programs and news from Sara Brooke.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email.

Booking a session or purchasing a service does not automatically subscribe you to the mailing list.
