The Space In Between started from my own search for that space beyond my monkey-mind; the space of truth and bliss found in meditation. It’s taken me, and my clients beyond the mind and into the wisdom of our hearts and earth.

My work evolves as I do.

sara_brooke_about After 14 years of working as a professional energy healing practitioner rather than treating clients by specific modalities my healing style has now evolved into something quite unique. I work from the heart. As an experienced practitioner in over nine modalities, I teach people how to connect to their true selves, authentic nature and to come home to a sense of belonging and connection with the earth.

We are living at an extremely important “tipping point” of human history. Our consciousness and awareness is expanding rapidly. The choices that we make now will have a ripple effect on how we EVOLVE as a species. We are all being called to action the guidance our souls are giving us. The world as we know it is changing. It isn’t going to go back to the way it was.

So take a deep cleansing breath (feels good doesn’t it) and ask yourself if you’re ready to come home to where you truly belong…

Sara Brooke is a Teacher, Holistic Practitioner, Meditation Artist and Ceremonialist who supports individuals and groups to come home to their true nature and to re-seed their connection and belonging to the earth.

Sara works with people worldwide guiding them to connect to their authentic soul medicine through her 1:1 sessions, seasonal ceremonies and transformative group containers. Her work weaves together energy healing, rites of passage, earth wisdom and subtle plant medicine. Sara loves inspiring people to embrace their humanness, reclaim their joyful heart and creative power.

A therapeutic practitioner and space holder with over 14+ years experience, people tend to be drawn to work with Sara when they are going through a significant moment of transition in their lives. The Space In Between offers an invitation of sacred space filled with compassionate presence, truthful encouragement, practical tools and grounded guidance to support the collective evolution humanity is going through at this time.

A lover of learning and continued consciousness expansion I love continuing to build my toolkit and knowledge in this work.
