Hi, I am Sara...

I'm an Energetics Teacher, Soul Healing Arts Practitioner®, Sound Weaver and Ceremonialist based in Melbourne, Australia, with over 19 years of experience supporting people to come home to themselves.

I believe the more deeply we connect and align with our Soul, the more we can come to know, accept and love who we truly are, and from that place feel empowered to share our unique gifts with the world.

Soul + Earth + Divine

Soul connection has always been at the heart of my work.

So has the Earth, and my relationship with the Divine.

My work is deeply influenced by an animistic understanding of the living world, recognising that the Earth is alive and that we are in reciprocal relationship with the plants, animals, places and more-than-human world around us.

We aren't separate from nature. We are part of it. We belong to it.

For me, connection with Soul, Earth and the Divine are deeply intertwined. These relationships weave through my energetics work, ceremony, sound journeys and all offerings, and shape the way I understand change, growth, loss, creativity and the different seasons of being human.

A Little About My Path

My work has been deeply shaped by nine years apprenticing with Sharon Bolt and the White Dragon Lineage®. During this time, I was initiated into the lineage and became an accredited Teacher, Ceremonialist and Soul Healing Arts Practitioner®.

Before this, I spent many years practising and teaching Reiki, eventually running a Reiki School in Melbourne for over a decade and training more than 250 students.

Alongside my practitioner work, I have spent many years writing, recording and producing guided meditations, inner journeys and audio experiences. My recordings have reached hundreds of thousands of listens, including through Insight Timer, and sound, music and the Voice remain one of my long-time loves and ongoing fascinations.

I'm deeply curious about what becomes possible when Voice, music and sound are woven together with intention, and the ways they can connect us more deeply with ourselves, each other, the Earth and the Divine.

Over the years my work has continued to evolve as I have. I've explored different ways of working, practiced different modalities, created my own bodies of work, collaborated with other practitioners and teachers, and had the privilege of working with thousands of people through sessions, courses, workshops, ceremonies, events, sound journeys and communities.

My path has also always been shaped by my own lived experience. As I move through my own life initiations, challenges, joys and seasons of change, the alchemy of what I learn and embody naturally weaves its way into what I create and share.

I also deeply value being a student. I genuinely love hearing people's stories and learning from the wisdom, experiences and perspectives of others. I am continually shaped by my own ancestors, teachers, mentors, peers, friends and community, as well as the clients and students I have had the privilege of working alongside over the years. I don't believe any of us grow or create in isolation.

After 19+ years running The Space In Between, I'm still curious, growing and allowing my work to evolve, as I do and as the world around me does too.

And while I take this path seriously, I don't take myself too seriously. I believe there is plenty of room for humour, joy and delight alongside the deep, meaningful and sacred path.

Professional Bio

Sara Brooke is an Energetics Teacher, Sound Weaver and Ceremonialist based in Melbourne, Australia, with over 19 years of experience working with individuals and groups.

At the heart of Sara's work is Soul connection, authenticity and empowerment, supporting people to deepen their relationship with themselves, trust their own inner knowing and more confidently express their unique gifts in the world.

Her work is deeply influenced by an animistic relationship with the living world and a belief that we are not separate from nature, but part of it. Through Soul Gardening sessions, energetics mentoring, ceremony, group programs and Soulscape sound healing journeys, Sara weaves together energetics, sound, Voice, somatic awareness, Soul Constellations®, Earth wisdom and ritual.

Sara's work has been deeply shaped by nine years apprenticing with Sharon Bolt and the White Dragon Lineage®, where she was initiated into the lineage and became an accredited Teacher, Ceremonialist and Soul Healing Arts Practitioner®. She previously ran a Reiki School in Melbourne for over a decade, training more than 250 students.

A long-time fascination with sound, music and the Voice continues to influence Sara's evolving work and her exploration of how we connect more deeply with ourselves, each other, the Earth and the Divine.
