Professional Bio

Sara Brooke is a Teacher, Ceremonialist, and Sound Healer who helps individuals and groups reconnect with their true nature and find a renewed sense of belonging with the Earth. Through 1:1 Soul Gardening sessions, seasonal ceremonies, transformative group programs, and “soulscapes” sound healing, Sara guides people worldwide in reconnecting with their authentic essence and nurturing the growth of their soul’s unique path. Her work blends energetics, rites of passage, earth wisdom, subtle plant medicine, and sound therapy to create sacred spaces for both personal and collective transformation.

With over 15 years of experience as a therapeutic practitioner and compassionate space holder, Sara’s approach is grounded, intuitive, and deeply connected to the rhythms of nature. She teaches people how to live in alignment with the natural cycles of life, embracing growth, release, and renewal. Her clients learn to flow with these rhythms and tap into their innate wisdom, cultivating harmony with themselves and the world around them.

People are often drawn to Sara during times of transition—moments when life feels uncertain, and they seek gentle, grounded guidance to navigate the “Space In Between.” Known for her warmth, depth, and authenticity, Sara inspires people to embrace their humanness, reclaim joy, and activate their creative power.
