The Soul Medicine Prescriptions are a group energy work experience where you will be guided through a Transformative Energy Work® Session to shift your energy in a specific way, connect to your own inner wisdom, authentic energy and have your own ah-ha moments to inspire positive growth.

The “Soul Medicine Prescription” sessions are group transformative energy work sessions facilitated via Zoom. I collaborate with supportive earth and universal energies and move them through the nourishing group space while you are guided through a personal exploration of your own energy field.

These sessions are designed to feel like a supportive meditation where you are invited to go on an inner journey of self-connection, self-healing and intentional weaving of your own energy field to facilitate personal growth and empowered change for yourself.

You may be taking the first steps towards exploring yourself and dipping your toe into energy work or you may be someone who has been on the path for a long time who is looking for their next breakthrough.

The intention is that through regular energy work and self-attunement you are able to come home to yourself. Regular self -facilitated energy work can help us to remain connected to our radiance, heart and soul lead wisdom. This type of energy work isn’t about constantly fixing or healing it is more aligned with staying in the creative flow, harmony and appreciation of being alive and being human.

You get to keep each session and recording you purchase so each prescription becomes a tool to add to your energy work took-kit. This way you can come back to it time and time again when you feel like you are needing the support or growth around that particular theme or pattern.

Transformative Energy Work® is an integrative approach to energy work and the healing arts. This system is a synthesis of ancient (and time-tested) lineages, trauma informed interventions and embodied wisdom to support spiritual development, consciousness expansion and the actualisation of one’s authentic self. I have been training and mentoring under teacher Kenneth Jover in this application of energy work for the last three years and am so excited to share this method of energy healing work with my community.

Reclaiming Joy | Embracing Joy as a Superpower

Embracing Joy is truly one of the greatest superpowers we have access to as human beings.

Joy is one of the highest expressions of Love and it holds an incredibly healing and powerful frequency. Feelings of Joy produce beneficial brain chemicals that support us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Joy reduces stress and calms the nervous system. Joy inspires us, enhances gratitude and helps us become more resilient and strong. Joy makes our overall experience of life better.

Embracing Joy means recognising life is a precious gift, even amongst times of challenge. Leaning into joy doesn’t mean we ignore painful conditions in our life or world. It doesn’t mean we pretend or bypass difficulties – we can recognise and accept the reality of what is and then choose to embrace joy because of that. Our Joy can support us to keep our hearts open, even when awakening to the darkness of the world. Joy can support us to recognise that two things can co-exist at the same time, challenges AND moments of joy. We might even discover that leaning into and feeling joy is exactly the healing balm we need to keep going. Joy can be exactly the fuel to ignite innovation, connection and inspire change.

In this Soul Medicine Prescription + Transformative Energy Work® session on Wednesday 13th December we will be Embracing Joy. As a group we will come together to explore the places and spaces within us where we might be repressing, suppressing or judging our Joy. Collaborating with supportive earth and universal energies you will be supported through gentle energy work to reclaim your Joy as a superpower, allowing it to bless you and your life in beautiful, miraculous and unexpected ways.

As we come into the end of the year that is traditionally so busy and stressful for so many – take a moment to give a gift of Joy to yourself. You can attend live or watch the recording. It’s okay if you can’t make the live session as this is designed as a practice you can return to again and again when you want to connect with the medicine of Joy.
